Today, I'm thrilled to share some valuable insights with you as I officially launch Intentional Wellness Coaching. As someone who's been through the ups and downs of the wellness journey, I'm here to help you navigate the path to a healthier, happier you. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by wellness choices or stuck in a never-ending cycle of wellness confusion, you're not alone. The beauty of a fresh start. If you've ever contemplated beginning your wellness journey, you might have felt that it's as daunting as choosing the perfect avocado at the grocery store (don't pretend like that is not SO hard!) The truth is, it's all about taking that first step. Just one. It's like deciding to start a new book on a Tuesday instead of waiting for the next Monday. Why delay progress?

I wholeheartedly believe that wellness should never be a source of stress or overwhelm. It's about embracing a lifestyle that makes you feel good inside and out. The key to a lasting change is starting with small, simple, intentional steps. Here's a secret: it's not about perfection; it's about getting started. Just one small...tiny baby step! 

I want to make something clear. Intentional wellness isn't always about giving things up. It's about balance, self-care, and embracing your well-being with a smile. And guess what... I have 3 action steps you can take without feeling overwhelmed!

  1. Baby Steps. I have said it before and I will say it again! Start with tiny, manageable changes, like swapping a cookie for apple slices with peanut butter. Or a 10 minute walk when you feel the creative energy slump starting to set in. 
  2. Info Overload Detox: The wellness world is full of information that can make your head spin. Find trusted sources and stick with them. Quality over quantity is key. Trust me - I have been in your shoes and know how overwhelming it can feel! My goal for you - to feel less intimidated and ready to take action. 
  3. Celebrate Progress: Wellness is not a race; it's a journey with pit stops and detours. Celebrate every small victory, no matter how tiny. A pat on the back can be as therapeutic as a spa day. 

Now that I have your mind thinking small steps and actions you can take (TODAY!), it is time to create your unique roadmap. Think of this as a GPS for your wellness journey.  At Intentional Wellness Coaching, my goal is to help individuals who are determined to achieve their wellness goals. I understand the challenges you face (you are busy, you have failed before, you are overwhelmed and on information overload). I have been there, and I can provide guidance, support and maybe even a few laughs along the way.
