A few years ago, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and second-guessing every food choice...

My Story…

I realized that some "healthy" foods were packed with ingredients that left me feeling drained. So, I made small, intentional swaps—nothing drastic—and everything started to change. More energy, less overwhelm, and meals that felt simpler and more satisfying.

As I made these small changes…

I noticed I wasn’t reaching for that second (or third) coffee just to make it through the day. My energy leveled out. I felt calmer—not just surviving the day, but showing up for it.

And my family? They started noticing too—less mealtime resistance, more curiosity about what we were eating. It wasn’t about convincing them—it was about how they felt, too.
